Concrete Worker

A Latvian company, part of group of companies specializing in real estate management, maintenance and property administration is inviting Concrete Workers for a long term contract to carry out renovation works in multi-apartment residential buildings.

Salary

• EUR 1,350 - 1,550 after tax, depending on experience.

Concrete Worker core responsibilities: 

• Work on renovation projects of multi-apartment buildings, including heated access roads, surface repairs of multi-storey parking facilities and renovation of external staircases. 

• Maintenance of equipment.

• Compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in concrete and roofing works.

Place of Employment:

• Latvia, Riga and the Riga metropolitan area.
