As .NET Team Lead You will be doing:

• Lead tech team of 15 programmers

• Server-side developing of products using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core (Web API)

• Mobile app architecture design

• Team's code control

• Manage communication with others teams: Product, Design, QA, Infrastructure, Sales, Marketing

Your background:

• Leadership and Team development

• Delivery leadership & risk management in Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience with distributed high-load systems

• Strong software design 

• Cross-team collaboration

• Proven track record of aligning engineering efforts with real business goals

• High flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced context
